Clare has really helped me over the last 3 years and has been so supportive. She regularly points out just how far I have come since I started seeing her as I don't tend to see it. I still struggle terribly with speaking about my emotions and how I am feeling but she gently pushes me every week. She has had to have an awful lot of patience with me over the years, and I am so thankful for that. I would 100% recommend her services.
