Cashier was having ago at a special needs adult because I was trying to work out how much it would cost and went out by £2 when there was no price on the Sandwich and getting pissy with me

Went to get my Amazon packages returned with EVRI, was told it works when it doesn’t and wasted my time for no reason trying to make it work even though the shopkeeper knew it didn’t. then tried to send a package back home and was told to put my information in even though shopkeeper knew it didn’t work, and afterwards told me ‘it was broken’ **DO NOT GO FOR EVRI PACKAGES (Other than that good shop)
Always go to this shop, lovely staff but for some reason this morning shop not open, shutters open half way up, seems like it’s been broken into. Very concerned.
Most reviews on here are from when this was a Co-Op. Since becoming a Nisa it's gone down hill. Selection of goods is a lot more limited and the deals aren't as good.
I pop in once a week to grab a lunch and the staff are really friendly.

My local late night drop in for whatever I need. Staff are always polite and helpful and twice now they have stayed open for an extra couple of minutes when I’ve arrived just as they are closing - never known any other shop do that! They’re doing a great job.
Local store, friendly staff. It would be good if they considered to have more vegan friendly choices, like tofu or vegan cheeses and more whole grain foods/ wholemeal flours.
