   We've been using this pharmacy monthly for 14 years. The staff have always been excellent and helpful, however over the last 2 years service has declined massively. Request time for prescriptions has gone from 2 days to 4. Items are never ready on stated days, waits time in shop are getting longer and meds are increasingly not available in entire amounts meaning more trips and texts are rarely sent. All of the new systems put in place to speed up and provide convenience are failing miserably
