   Ive been coming here for the last 6 years. The last 6, 7 months its gone down hill. They take for ever to get medications ready, even when ypu ring up they say its ready but when you get there your waiting more then an hour. Their attitude towards custmers is awful and no consideration to time keeping. The staff at the pharmacist have no customer service skills and lack knowledge and communication skills. They seem not to know how to run a pharmacist. After 6 years i will be changing my pharmacist. Which will cause me to travel extra millage elsewhere.

   Service slow , but new management so hopefully will be running alot better in the new year . Miss the old staff very helpful l had to go back over 2 days and l don't live local running around Christmas Eve was not ldeal

   Opening times on the website aren’t accurate, myself and my partner were left outside waiting for over 20 minutes in the rain with a Mother and her baby.Lights were on but we were ignored. Rang multiple times until a member of staff finally answered to say that the pharmacist won’t be in for 1 hour and 30 minutes after the supposed opening times.

   Absolutely awful experience here. Went up to the counter young girl approached I asked if they had any dressings suitable for a burn, the gelonet dressings or even a basic dressing to put on to keep clean until we could get it checked out. Before I even finished talking a voice from the back shouted "NO!" I said a non adhesive dressing perhaps to which the voice shouted again "NO!" So much for a helping caring profession. Will never go here again. Appalling service. Didn't even have the decency to show his face. Avoid this place.

   Absolute joke of a place, waited 45 minutes for 1 box of tablets. 2 people working with no sense of urgency to them, I was second in line, taking 20 minutes just to get the person infront of me details right to then wait a further 25 minutes for them to find 1 box. Complete disappointment and staff need more training.

   Sat 18th Dec 7.45pm .Crazy ! charging people whatever he sees fit ,giving some people staff discounts ,then for other people over charging them.he then charged me ten pounds for a pack of tablets I ask if that was right,and he said well I think u have change but its not much do u really want it. On top of that the card machine doesn't work so everything has to be cash seems very back handed and dodgy.

   Absolutely awful , thank God he ain't a GP ,,,, went in ( Sat Eve for med advice ) for 3 items but wanted some med advice,all he was interested in was *Does he need to charge for a carrier bag*!!!?!!!!?!! , Thank God it wasn't "life/death , situation , The old post office would have handled it batter
