   If there was an award for Staffordshire's worst chemist, this place would win it. It's just disorganised chaos. Each time I collect my medication, I'm made to wait 10 or 15 minutes before they have found it. Standing is difficult for me at the best of times. I'm always made to feel as though I'm putting them out and while I'm stood there waiting, a long queue has formed behind me. There is only ever one person serving and that person needs intense customer service training. I would love to change my nominated chemist (Milton's) for a better one. However, they are the closest to my home and I don't have the option due to mobility issues.

   Very rude staff, one lady in particular even rang me up at home and accused me off not paying my prescription, I had to remind her of items I paid for with it, no apology offered, she wasn’t pleasant when she served me either. Second time she’s been rude to me in the past two weeks. I work for NHS on the front line , in these hard times I could do with out such rudeness.
