The staff was courteous though I could not find iodine a simple item effective for viruses nor saline what you combine and make a viral spray that works better than anything on the shelf that's not prescribed.
Walked in to get my flu jab, caring and polite and was in and out in a few minutes. Next stop...Covid jab.
All the staff are excellent.My prescription is always ready and correct Wouldn't use anywhere else thank you . Nothing is too much trouble for the staff Especially Helen thank you
Never open at 9am. Three days I've been to get my meds a little after 9am and all three times there's been a sign "due to unforeseen cirumstances pharmacist is running late". How can it be "unforeseen" 3 times?! Just seems like that sign is put in the window because the pharmacist is just late getting to work. Not good for those who need meds and have work to get to ourselves.
Never had a issue with them been there 5 years this year and always been fantastic with me. They deliver our medication because we can’t get out much due to underlying health conditions
A pharmacy you can rely on. Never had any problems at all, always have what’s in my prescription. Can’t recommend highly enough
This place is supposed to be open and ready for business at 9am but don't even consider turning up before 9:30am- 9:45am because they will not be able to serve you. This is supposed to be a primary care service and you have 3 people mulling around inside with the doors locked because the pharmacist isn't there. This has happened multiple times for me in the past and again today. It's of no wonder that people just go to A&E.
An absolutely excellent service from this pharmacy. Prescription requests dealt with speedily and delivered with a smile. Thank you so much.
