   Tried on many times to call the chemist, just rings out. No answer. Asked for a repeat prescription, not heard anything in over a week. Called my Drs to check it’s been actioned, as I couldn’t get in touch with the chemist. Drs confirmed they had NOT received the request. I did try and go to the chemist before calling the Drs but there were closed on Saturday morning. I shall be taking my business elsewhere.

   Incredibly rude pharmacist - towards customers and her colleagues too. There always seems to be one issue or another when I go to pick up a prescription (at no fault of my own). I would give this pharmacy zero stars if that was possible.

   Staff don't know how to operate the system makeung people medication up day prior for people to pick up and refuse to make some medication unless person is there and make them wait 40 mins to hlone hour which can be avoided

   If possible, based on my experience, I would avoid using this pharmacy. There are quite often long queues to get into the shop with lengthy waits for most services. The pharmacist is often late in opening shop in the morning . Other local pharmacies have provided much better services, in my experience.

   Awful place. Can never get through on the phone. Long queues. Staff *incredibly* slow, with no concept of customer service. Closed for an hour every lunchtime. Put in a complaint to Well but just received a generic response.

   I have been losing faith in this place for a while, and just when you think it can't get any worse, it gets worse. Long waits outside, long waits inside, however long you leave the collection of your script they've always "only just got it" and they aren't particularly helpful or polite either.

   Don't bother!! Very slow service, staff more interested in talking to each other, late opening up, equipment not working meaning further delays.... Get your printed prescription from the GP and go somewhere else!!

   This pharmacy is the most helpful in Trentham. The staff are polite, pleasant and informative. Whenever I use them I feel nothing is too much trouble. The one thing that is poor and needs attention is the car park: lack of spaces and too many pot holes, which is not the fault of the staff.
