Josh is a star...he always makes sure your repeats are ordered and there always on time every week.. also the other staff are good
Contacted the pharmacy today to check my prescription had been sent by the GP surgery, they let me know it was ready, Josh the assistant asked about my repeat which I needed to have ready before my holiday next week, he checked for me and ordered it there and then, if it had not been mentioned then I would of ran out of my medication. Fantastic service
I too switched from sandy lane due to the fact that my last two prescriptions were incorrect. Glad to see Josh in rugeley pharmacy, a very, nice pleasant and helpful young man. Prescription ready on time and correct. Also shop is well stocked which has declined seriously at sandy lane. Really glad I changed.
Two days in a row I went to collect my prescription and they were closed, both times were well after 9am. Says they open at 8.45 on the door. Poor
Great pharmacy with helpful staff. I did however recently visit on a Saturday as it says online they are open 9am - 1pm. I arrived about 9.10am but it was closed. I waited a little while but it still remained closed which was quite annoying. There are no opening times on the door / window and I was told when I visited again that they sometimes open late on a Saturday of the pharmacist isn't there on time. I appreciate anyone can get delayed but they should really open on time. In summary a good chemist but room for improvement with opening on time on Saturdays.
The last 3 times I’ve been to pick up my monthly prescription I have been waiting outside the pharmacy at 9am till 9:20 because the pharmacist is late only to be told my prescription wasn’t made up even though I’d phoned the day before and was told it would be when finally I did receive my prescription I checked the bag and an item was missing no apologies given I’ve now switched to Morrisons and I’m not the only one disappointed with Rugeley pharmacy this place a year ago was excellent I get the impression it’s changed hands for the worse
