   I was at the Post Office counter with one person completing his transaction in front of me at 11:56. The lady spoke bluntly to me across the customer she was serving, 'I'm closing the Post Office after this customer' I said I only had a small card to post but she repeated (avoiding eye contact), 'I'm closing the Post Office after this customer' What a disgusting attitude I faced from the older lady with blond hair. I was at the counter within their opening hours but she clearly wanted an end to her shift and to hell with the customers that pay her wages! I rushed to Three Mile Cross and the gentleman posted my letter with no problem even though it was a couple of minutes past 12:00. He said the Postman hadn't been yet and so he was happy to oblige - what a contrast to the Jobsworth attitude at One Stop. I've been shopping there for years but will never cross their threshold again.

   Get something delivered here while you’re out at work? Well, you won’t be able to collect it because you can only pick up parcels during your 9-5 working hours… even if the rest of the shop is open. Rubbish.

   In short; got cashback and sent a few birthday cards, one had £30 cash (stupid in hindsight). My fault for being naive, but one untrustworthy staff member must have stolen the cash. I sent another card at the same time which arrived fine, but no cash in that one...
