   Popped in yesterday with my partner as we’ve just found out we’re expecting and wanted to buy the first baby item but neither of the staff (a man and a woman) looked up from their computers the whole time to welcome us or chat and when the man did my transaction he was extremely cold and disinterested. Ruined the experience slightly and I will probably end up going to mamas & papas in farnborough from now on.

   Absolutely love shopping here, the girls are so lovely and very very helpful. If I could buy everything, I 100% would. Their clothes are so lovely and amazing quality and they also do excellent toys.

   I buy from this store often for my son. Each time I go into the Farnham store I feel the members of staff could be a little more welcoming. I felt out of place & a little judged while in there. I still purchased my items and shall be back, maybe I’ll visit a different Branch in future.

   Popped into the Farnham JoJo store for some clothes for our newborn and both the assistants couldn't have been more helpful and friendly! Thank you Zoe and Holly, my wife and I agreed you both are wonderful ambassadors for a wonderful shop!

   Popped in today for a gift, bought alot more than anticipated due to the outstanding service and knowledge of the Farnham girls. A really great shopping experience here. They had some really amazing stock too. I will definitely come back to this friendly branch in the future.

   This is not so much about the products, staff or the company as a whole but rather this one particular store and its accessibility. Nursing clothing is on the top floor which in itself is not an issue. The issue lies with the fact that they don't have a lift (or other such device), so if you are with child, pram and all the required necessities for a trip out there is no way you can get up there without leaving the majority of your stuff behind at the bottom. It would be nice to think that you could leave your stuff downstairs and it wouldn't be interfered with but sadly we don't live in that world anymore. So once again this is not an indictment on the staff, the product or the brand but just the accessibility of this particular store.
