Tracy and her team are always friendly and welcoming in the Farnham store. It was good to hear that Whistles have a new buyer and that the Farnham Whistles are excited about the new stock coming into the store for 2026. I was happy with my purchase and pleased to find a print that felt more fresh and new. I have been looking for a new print for a while now and have found the print offering quite repetitive ( I have felt like I have been seeing reworkings of animal print for a long time now and recolourings of prints I have seen before) Looking forward to more new shapes and prints next year.

I have just finished an amazing shopping experience at whistles thanks to the outstanding staff. Tracy was the best example of what a member of retail staff should be. She styled me so beautifully that despite me going into the store in tears, I left with a huge smile on my face and two large bags. Her service (and her colleague’s) was so special and personal. I called this branch to try and find a Whistles dress that was out of stock in most stores. Louise' level of customer service was unbelievable- she rang around multiple stores and did not rest until she found it for me- ringing me back several times until she had it solved! Truly impressed - I haven't come across customer service like this in years. Thank you Louise- Whistles are lucky to have you!
