   I have been using Alton sports for many years as does my wife and have had nothing but exceptional service. Gait analysis, sizing, trying on multiple shoes and nothing is ever an issue. Alan is who I use mainly but have dealt with the rest of the team and all are of a high standard of service and most importantly knowledge. As a local small business myself It’s great to have and support another small local business, without these great shops the high street would be very boring.    I've been having gait analysis and shoe fitting done here for about the last 20 years and have always had a great experience. The staff are really helpful and patient, this time I think it was Alan and maybe Alex who helped me out. Would definitely recommend visiting if you're serious about your running and want the right kit.

   This is my favourite running store, it’s incredible! The gait analysis service was very useful & the staff were very friendly & knowledgeable. Very happy & particularly recommend the stance & feetures socks, they’re so unbelievably fresh on my feet & I’ve never had a blister since wearing them. 10/10 experience. Cheers.

   Wide range of products and they let you try your running shoes on the treadmill. They also have a fitting section.The service was really good, staffs were really friendly and helpful above all very knowledgeable. Very nice experience a bit pricy but worth it. *Look out for sales*

   Alton Sports is excellent. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable. I really value being able to use a treadmill to determine whether trainers fit and support my feet when running. As a result I always buy my trainers at Alton Sports.

   This would be a 5 star review had it not been for the fact that when I visited, I stood for about 10-15 minutes without acknowledgement from the two employees that were standing behind the till talking. Two other employees were serving customers, and when I was finally served by one of the guys that was actually doing some work, he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Had I not had a voucher for the store, I would have walked out after waiting for so long. Its a shame that I cannot leave a great review as the guy that served me definitely deserved it, but the lack of any service or acknowledgment by two employees who were doing nothing while the others worked hard ruined the visit completely. I will take my business elsewhere in future.
