    It was my first time visiting the Farnham store on Monday, and the customer service is second to none! As a total newbie to SB, I was given great advice and honest opinions. Naturally, I ignored that advice, went rogue, and bought the wrong size—only to come crawling back for an exchange. Lesson learned! But once again, the ladies were incredibly helpful - I feel they really went the extra mile.

    Visited to return an item and buy new items. Lady at the store was very unhappy to take return and asked me the reason and she took it rudely. I don’t know why because it’s with the tag and not being worn. I wanted to purchase a leggings and I had a discount code, so I told her and she said I could not use it as I am already registered in the system, but it clearly says I can use it in the store.. so I do not know what I did wrong there but I gave up. I visited other sweaty Betty shop but never had such a bad experience…
