   I’ve shopped at Angel since I moved to Hampshire 10 years ago and have found the girls so helpful and friendly and such fun. If ever I’ve had a problem with anything ( which hasn’t been often) it’s been dealt with professionally and satisfactorily. Looking forward to seeing you all for the new season girls.

   I love this shop!! I came here when I was housesitting for a while in Farnham and am so happy to be coming back next month. I will be visiting again. I bought a beautiful gold top that I have worn loads and always get complimented on. Amazing clothes and lovely staff, cant wait to come back and see whats new in stock :)

   I purchased x3 tops from this shop for my holiday. I didn’t think to check the receipt I just assumed it it would be 4 weeks return. Anyhow I went on holiday forgot to take the tops. I went in today to return them. Being this is a boutique the lady could have refunded me discreetly but choose not to even tho they were still in the same bag with the receipt and tags still intact but I was 5 days out of a weeks returns policy I went on holiday in the 29th of June and we had our flights cancelled and was stuck in Marbella which I could prove but still wasn’t good enough . I will NEVER shop in here again. I was absolutely baffled BUT lesson learned I will alway !! Check the returns policy now before I purchase anything. Must I add I thought the woman’s was rude she wouldn’t even give me a credit note. So that’s my custom lost ! If having people out of their money is what they find acceptable then that’s not the kind of small business I wish to support ! I would also like to add I run a small business and I am all for keeping my clients happy this way they will trust me and return. So In turn I’m not loosing customers. Everyone’s different I suppose. So yes rightly so I gave you a 1 star as its been well deserved and I will take my custom else where in future which is a shame. I might as well had gone home and burnt £75. Running a small business myself I know you can be discreet and you choose not to

   The ladies in this shop are lovely. They're fun, helpful, very understanding and customer service is second to none. I love this shop and the clothes are beautiful. I will be visiting again next time I'm up that way. I was having a bad day when I visited with 2 friends on our way to a spa hotel for celebrations. The ladies couldn't have been kinder to me. Thank you ladies. X

Quality is always better than good with prices to match. Service with a smile, a laugh and a kind word, I feel like part of the Angel Family and I love, love the Saturday Live and Tuesday treats, I cannot recommend you highly enough Xx

   I've just tried to return a jumper Ive bought just before Christmas but was refused. I have been to the shop twice the week of 27/12 and 3/1 when it was closed. Sadly caught Covid with subsequently quarentine hence the attempt at return today. The lady at the shop was extremely unkind, and not willing to offer an exchange or gift card. Just blankly refused. Very disappointed.
