I spent a lovely half hour with the younger children at Abacus Nursery, sharing story time & songs. I left feeling this nursery provides a safe, caring & nurturing space for pre-school children; a stage that is fundamental to childhood development.
Point of information. In the reviews there are two detrimental pieces. The first from Ema Suleac. This was from a totally disgruntled parent who left owing fees and was nothing but trouble whilst attending. The alleged incidents were investigated by the Care Inspectorate and found to be totally unfounded. The second is from Lottie Gray. She is, as far as we are aware, a friend of Ema Suleac and never even had a child attend nursery
I lived the most terrible experience in this kindergarten. My 1-year-old daughter was scared and crying when she saw the kindergarten after the incident in Abacus. One day when I took her home she had traces of violence! How is that possible ??? Talking to the manager, he told me that he would investigate the case, but he did nothing but dismiss them from the employment that had taken care of my daughter. I asked to go and see how a day goes, and to my surprise he didn't have enough food for all the children ... not to mention their involvement in activities. I do not recommend even one day to leave your children in the hands of this kindergarten !!
Both my kids go here, the staff are so friendly and accommodating, highly recommend.
