Have just had a delivery through just eat from this store and they sent a reduced loaf of bread which was out of date.
I have always liked Iceland they have some great deals . Great variety. But they are not as cheap as they use to be . So I do not do a full shop here . The bakery is very good
The worst experience, customer service by the manager is not great either. My shopping was not delivered, called the shop at least 10 times no answer, had to wait until the following day. When I expected a apology from the manager, and a quick response to the delivery of my shopping, to my amazement I was told that I’m at the back of the queue even though my shopping was not delivered the previous day when it was meant to be delivered. So technically even though they didn’t deliver my shopping when they were supposed to, they put me at the back of the queue for the following day delivery. Shambles
i cant give no stars so one will do i been shopping with icelands for years but my last delivery was a nightmare i put a order in for 12.30-2-30 the driver went to the wrong house i rang up and thay got it delivred right away but again went to the wrong house on the 3rd time we wated outside 5,7pm delivery slot and he was gonna go to the wrong house again if my husband did not go to him and he tryed to argue sayin no it down there. i will not shop in iceland or home delivery again

Stock was low to be expected new years eve but it was clean and pleasant as no que at the till.
Bit rude about there timing! I reached few mins before there their closing time, where I had to buy some milk! They didn’t allowed me to be in! Though I said still few mins left, they just said “we are closed, we are closed & we are closed”! Disappointed about the behaviour, as never faced like this in any shop in the UK!
I loved it. Though it's not that big bit I had a wonderful shopping experience, coupled with the fact that most of their groceries were very cheap.
