   My 11 month old baby has a 38.5 degree fever due to an infection. After being seen I went to Morrisons pharmacy to collect the antibiotics, and was told it hadn’t been sent yet and can take up to an hour. The time passed and I called the pharmacy and they said it’s ready for collection, so I went back to the pharmacy and when I turned up the pharmacy said nothing has been sent through to them. They said they tried to call me when I had no missed calls.

   Been to the pharmacy with my wife about 2 weeks ago to get our flu jabs done. There was few people on the queue but the ladies on the counter were very fast and attended us very quickly. The lady pharmacist was very professional and explained all the process in detail. Staff was very polite and smiling. We used our morrisons card and had a good price on the flu jab. Thank you all, will be coming again.

   The man who works at Rugeley Pharmacy is honestly amazing super friendly, really helpful, and always goes out of his way to make sure everything’s sorted properly. He’s patient, professional, and just makes the whole experience easy. You can tell he actually cares about the people who come in. Proper credit where it’s due great service every time!

   Staff are slow rude and lazy, a few weeks ago they sold me some tablets for sinus problems then when i went to the doctors and show them what i was taking they said i should not have been sold them as with my health problem they could do me harm , when i went back and told staff they did not care and said my doctor was wrong. Two days ago my partner went in to collect a prescription they said it was not ready and come back tomorrow, went back next day to be told come back after 1 pm , went back at 4 pm to be told they don’t sell the product and gave her the prescription back 2 wasted days and 3 wasted trips and again rude and unprofessional. Should be closed down . To be honest the entire shop is rubbish staff are all rude self checkouts are the slowest i have used and they take an age to come and sort it out

   Never had any problems getting my prescriptions from Morrisons. Helpful and friendly staff . I now get all my medication from here after having problem after problem with Lloyds up the road.

   The shops ok but the cafe all ways has cold food or forget half your food and when you go to tell them they never apologise for anything
