Tom has been really efficient in what he does. My husband and I are first time home buyers and have no idea of the processes of purchasing a house. He has been very informative and has never let us feel uncomfortable during the assessments. He is very honest and he gave us options that’s relevant to us. I can say that buying a house and dealing with the developer is very stressful but Tom was the only person who never gave us a hard time. We would never be able to secure a mortgage with a very good deal without Tom. We are very pleased to have worked with him and we definitely recommend him.
Tom has been an excellent advisor and extremely helpful We have done some research before coming across Tom (through recommendation) and it always felt like everyone was rushing through the process with us, making us feel uneasy. Recently I have had the pleasure of getting to know Tom who had managed to secure us a mortgage offer with a Market beating rate which was quite surprising for us to be honest given the market situation at that time. The next best offer we had from an other firm was nowhere close.to what Tom had managed to secure for us. From the beginning Tom was thorough and smooth in the process and handled our expectations clearly and conveyed the feedback from the lenders transparently. Though we could not proceed to exchange the contracts Tom was very supportive and guided us with honest opinion and suggestions. Tom was always there to clarify any queries and never failed to return our calls if he was busy earlier.
