Incompetent staff weren't able to open the door to consultation room as they didn't know the code. Pharmacist was rude and told me to "go look after myself" not very nice people.
Really friendly staff. Just passing through Crewe - they offered to reserve medication so that I could promptly collect it and catch my train.
Amazing service and they know you by name when you go in. You can't ask for more than that. I would recommend them to anyone
I have not been well all week, I went to nantwich Road well pharmacy to ask advice. The pharmacist was very helpful he listened and recommended a medication and prescribed it on a prescription, and told me to return for antibiotics if this didn't work. I was surprised how quick it all took. Excellent service more people should use this service..
Amazing staff work so so hard and have to put up with abusive language and threatening behaviour from customers daily some even racist. Really seen the staff go above and beyond for customers ! Yes it's unfortunate when they close for lunch but everyone deserves a lunch and shouldn't receive abuse for a basic human right. Staff have NEVER served anyone I know or myself or family with any attitude but they won't take abuse from customers, which is very fair! Great staff not so great customers.
Very unorganised, rude when you phone in, they close early if they short staffed. Most times they don't even answer their phones
Every other store in crewe open on weekends, an essential pharmacy closed. Just go to boots and tesco as they actually help people out who work in the week
Ordered a prescription item,I was told it would arrive on a certain day. That day I went in and asked for my order, I was told they didn't send the order the day before so it wouldn't be available.
.Went in yesterday and poor service .Started to serve another customer before finishing with my transaction.Very disappointing .Are they aware that people are aware of poor service.Why is the one at Gresty Road good and this one so variable in customer care.
