Always been helpful and polite to me - not sure why there’s so much negativity. Staff get a lot of pressure that I’ve not witnessed in other pharmacies even with similar wait times…firm but fair, obviously a busy shop. Female pharmacist is very efficient and male pharmacist who’s in on Fridays is very caring and patient with people who don’t seem to warrant patience. Big improvement in last 12 months - went from a 4 hour queue to a 2 min queue and a 10 min wait for a big prescription so I can’t complain.

My experiences at Eagle Bridge Pharmacy have been a mixed bag, and I wanted to share my thoughts on their service. While I've never had an issue personally with getting my prescription, there are some notable aspects that could be improved upon. One of the main drawbacks of this pharmacy is the exceptionally slow service. There always seems to be a queue, and it can be frustrating to wait for an extended period. While I appreciate the efforts of the staff, it would be helpful to receive more explanation for the wait times, especially when there are only a handful of staff visible up front while others are running around at the back. Despite the slow service, all the staff have always been friendly to me personally. However, I often overhear complaints from other customers about the automated systems sending notifications to collect items that aren't ready. I can understand the frustration for those people, and it would be beneficial for the pharmacy to address this issue promptly. During my last visit, I noticed the staff trying hard to be friendly and polite, perhaps to compensate for the slow service. While this didn't bother me, I observed some customers becoming verbally aggressive and rude to the staff. It's a shame to see this, as I presume the staff are not to blame for being understaffed or for technology systems not working as they should. In conclusion, Eagle Bridge Pharmacy has friendly staff, but improvements are needed to address the slow service and communication issues regarding prescription readiness. I hope the pharmacy takes steps to enhance the overall customer experience and alleviate frustrations.

Ive just had to switch to a new nominated pharmacy because the one I used to go to is currently facing severe challenges. There are significant issues at this pharmacy. Last week, I had to wait for 50 minutes just to be served, and then another 10 minutes to pick up my prescription, which was ready. The customers were lined up out the door, and it was chaotic. This week, I had to wait for 25 minutes to be served, only to be told that although the prescription had arrived, it wasn't ready. I had to wait an additional 10 minutes while they prepared it. The pharmacy looks like it has been ransacked; the shelves are empty, and what's left is in complete disarray, with boxes scattered everywhere. I saw numerous people being informed that their prescriptions were only partially completed due to stock shortages. I overheard a man questioning why, when he called the pharmacy, they answered the phone and then hung up on him. It's in a state of chaos, and the staff they have seem completely defeated. They work slowly and show no initiative in organizing themselves to tackle the ever-growing queues.

I have used this pharmacy for years and slowly it has been declining. Today I have never seen so many customers waiting and the customer service was appalling, only two people serving customers with no organisation or apologies for the wait. I was in line over 45 minutes listening to customers being told that the prescription had not come down or items missing due to no stock come back later or tomorrow others asked to take a sit because only half of the prescription had been done and some customer being told that their medication has not been in for weeks. When it was my turn I had prescriptions to pick up, have you had a text no, come back when you receive a text, I explained I had asked at the doctors and they said they had all been sent it is the pharmacy and they send you a text. The lady told me one item out of stock and the prescriptions had only come down yesterday. I said please can you print them off I will wait, within a minute the lady was back with the medication that was out of stock and in a bag dated the 6th October. I pointed out the date and said I hadn’t received a text to collect and you told me to go. I was told staff have left or off sick and being so short things have not been done. Others customers walking out and some getting frustrated with the lack of service.

I have never seen such poor customer service in my life. I spent 70 minutes in line today. Throughout that time, only one person was assisting customers, while at least 4 others were wandering around in the back, for reasons unknown. I have never witnessed such a slow pace of customer service. In my opinion, all of those employees should be let go immediately. If you don't want to spend half your day in line, choose another pharmacy.

The worst place I’ve ever been to. The staff are SO rude. They are racist and will look you up and down and judge. They don’t know how to act professionally. I called them yesterday asking if they received the prescription from the doctor and she was extremely rude, wouldn’t let me know what was going on with my medication (which was an emergency prescription) and then she hung up on me. I tried to call back, the phone would ring once and then cut off. I was so shocked and still am to this day. The medication was very needed as I am dependant on them. Now I went there today and they won’t do my medication till Monday. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Terrible Experience. Booked a flu jab on the Well website. Arrived at the Well pharmacy, waited 10-15 mins whilst a quite surly staff member showed no motivation to serve customers quickly. I was eventually served by a more friendly staff member only to be told that even though I had booked a week earlier and had arrived at my allotted time that the pharmacist doing flu jabs was not in this week and I'd have to come back next week. Apparently the booking on the website doesn't account for this, absolutely laughable Appalling service, I went elsewhere for my flu jab and won't be returning to this poorly run pharmacy.

Avoid staff so rude no basic manners. They seem to forget they get paid. Hiddious and staff talk to you with such contempt. And they forgot they have a trainee and basicly make me out to have lied. Long queues and snappy pharmacy staff it's not a free service making loads of money from NHS about time employed people with empahy and pleasant telephone manner itstead of aggressive snappy tone Lots of people need jobs time to get better!

Poor service. Telephoned for my repeat prescription and the lady on the end of the phone was very rude, curt and offered no help at all. Not too dissimilar to the way some of the GP receptionists speak to you when trying to make an appointment. As someone who works for the NHS I expect to be spoken to in a way in which o would speak to a patient.
