Well pharmacy Alsager medical centre, is great. Richard the pharmacist (or shaggy from scooby doo, as I think of him), is a great guy and extremely knowledgeable about all things medical. The staff are all really friendly, and the pharmacy itself is always clean, tidy and well organised. Unlike another Well pharmacy not too far away from Alsager. I have to go every month to pick up medication, and have never seen a surly or unhappy face in there. Highly recommended.

Very rude and unhelpful blonde lady on the front desk. Always made to feel uncomfortable going in there when she’s serving, as if I’m some sort of inconvenience, just looks over her glasses at you and gives you short blunt one word answers. Wouldn’t dare ask her for any advice. Bad enough just trying to collect prescriptions. Rest of the staff have always been pleasant though.

Went in to get some advice for over the counter treatment for a child. I looked online at the options but decided to go in and speak to a person as I really wanted to make sure I had some professional advice with it being for a young person. There is one woman who works in this branch who has the worst attitude ever. I’ve encountered her before and put it down to stress or an off day but honestly, she needs some training on how to communicate with customers and be a helpful member of staff. She huffed as she pointed at a shelf and told me to read the instructions as she couldn’t help me, everyone’s different. I asked if there were any restrictions with my child being under 12 and she said ‘dunno, read the instructions’. Thanks but I can do that online. Awful service and attitude. The woman is short, blond hair, glasses and an attitude of disgust should anyone ask her for her professional opinion. I’ve gone to Boots who couldn’t have been better. Avoid at all costs.

I'll give this one one star as that's as low as I can go. Terrible, TERRIBLE service, pretty much every time I've been there. It's primarily Sharon (a local legend if there ever was one, but the kind you tell your kids as a dire warning) although the majority of the staff are hardly much better, shuffling around like they're auditioning for Dawn of the Dead while giving you over the counter service that is best akin to having a roll of sandpaper jammed up your backside. The tipping point was today, I've been away for a couple of weeks due to work and needed to pick up an old prescription before it expired and got sent back to the Doctors. It was the usual, and of course, it was Sharon. The same clinical approach, like being identified as an auction lot of meat being put on the itinerary. I was told my medicine was already gone without so much as a cursory glance, to which I stated that this was incorrect. As it transpired rather rapidly, my medication was there, it just required someone to actually look, rather than huffing and puffing about being asked to check. This mistake came with no apology or acceptance, just the usual caustic treatment, no platitudes, no warmth. All the customer service of a robot. So! For those of you moving into the area, there's my moaning for the day, I hope it made for fine reading as that is the experience you too can have from the Well Pharmacy, and that's why I changed immediately to the in store Pharmacy down the road at Nantwich Morrisons, where I have never had a single bad experience and the staff actually treat you like a human being.

Fantastic friendly pharmacy! I moved my preferred pharmacy to here recently due to them being so helpful and quick with dispensing prescriptions. I had an issue where I made a mistake and was late in requesting a prescription, meaning I'd run out on the day the signed off prescription reached the pharmacy. This pharmacy usually asks for 2 working days to fulfil prescriptions (my old pharmacy asked for 2 weeks!) Despite it being my fault, they were able to help me and dispense the medicine the day they received it, which really helped me out. Every time I visit, I always find them to be very friendly and extremely helpful. Can't recommend them enough!

Appalling customer service. The man serving me made assumptions and shut me down as soon as I began to correct him. Something went wrong with my prescription and he made it very clear that it was not a problem on their end. This particular individual needs an attitude check and a lesson on how to treat customers. I will no longer be using this pharmacy as a result. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The ladies who work here are particularly helpful and understanding. Deliver medicine on time. Great pharmacy.

Really bad news I'm afraid. The doctors have taken on more patients but the chemist cannot cope. Now during the Corona virus, the queues are horrendous. Over 2 hours waiting to be told it's not ready. Then got a text to pick it up...Had to wait 45 mins. 2hours45min for a prescription?? Absolutely terrible. Post covid…. I’m absolutely pleased to say thank you to Well for braving the storm and coming out of it by a massive improvement of their service. 5 stars guys ! Brilliant!

Absolutely disgraceful. I called in to collect a covid antigen test kit, stood there with my code on my phone only to be totally ignored by the staff. There was one gentleman in front of me who was waiting for a prescription and he said to one of the staff to serve me while he was waiting, needless to say, they ignored his comment and I think I must have been invisible! And there was only the two of us in the pharmacy at the time. The phone was ringing out all the time I was in there as well. Very ignorant staff. So I got in the car, drive to Tesco and picked one up straight away.
