   Awful service. Drove 30 mins to have a flu jab to protect family members I'll be visiting soon, and despite knowing since Wednesday they hadn't had the delivery of the vaccine they didn't actually bother to let people who e booked know! Ridiculous. If you dare cancel within 48 hours they'll charge you but heaven forbid they get their national company to have someone phone the attendees to say not to go.

   If you can go somewhere else do.. slow service, long waiting times and although some of the staff are lovely they do have a dragon or two.

   I've been collecting repeat prescriptions from this pharmacy for about 9 months and never had a problem with them. The staff have been pleasant. The only reason for giving 4 instead of 5 stars is that the interior of the place is looking past its best, but that hasn't affected the service I've had.

   For over 10 years I've used this pharmacy and I've never had any trouble, the staff are always polite to me. Repeat prescriptions take at least a week or more to be processed, you can often see big piles of prescriptions in boxes behind the counter, which shows how constantly busy it is and how hard the staff work. If I'm low on important medication they will do their best to get it sorted, and if that's not possible recommend where to go and who can help.

   By far the worse pharmacy I've ever been to They never have anything in, and always sent to else where, which can be a trek if you have no form of transport. The one time they did have an antibiotic for my daughter in they wouldn’t give my it because it was sugar free and the prescription didn’t state it had to be sugar free, so sent me elsewhere, where they gave me the sugar free…. And last but not least I understand they are very busy, I know that because I waited with my daughter (under 2) in the que for over 10 minutues to ask about a rash on her face (mostly likely heat rash) and the pharmacist (stood 1 meter away) looked over and told us she had things to do and I would have to wait. By the time she had told me that, she could have taken 1 step forward, had a quick glance a confirmed or denied said heat rash

   Visited this morning,waited in the queue,staff including the pharmacist allowed a lady to push in front of me to collect her repeat prescription,which wasn't fully made up,so I had to wait another 5 mins,I could have been picking up a repeat prescription unexceptional behavior

   Always use this pharmacy. The staff are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Today I have been for my free nhs flu Jab, would highly recommend this service and pharmacy.

   Only got one star as I cannot give nil. This pharmacy supply meds in blister packs for my elderly parents. Due to a rapid deterioration in dad's health and hospital admissions his meds have changed. The pharmacist was extremely rude and snappy. Told me I should have given more notice....next time we will book a heart attack just to give more notice. I let this go but it has happened twice now and now they have not supplied or delivered his meds. They have run out and he will be without for the weekend . I will be contacting the pharmacology society!
