   Poor customer service re: counter assistant. When checking my address which is Gnosall Rd she asked if it was Gnosall which I confirmed, thinking she meant Gnosall Rd. When she passed my script to me she made a point in a very sarcastic manner stating "its not Gnosall " its Knightley. The counter assistant was far from polite or indeed professional in her manner. Normally the other staff are nothing other than polite and friendly. Positive engagement is required as part of good customer relations. Unfortunately on this occasion I was met with Sarcasim.

   UPDATE BELOW Poor service at the moment taking longer to complete monthly prescriptions and intermittent texts to advise that the medication is ready. Long queues when you do go and collect. It’s not the people it’s the management who fail to realise it’s a busy Pharmacy and being used more and more and additional staff resources are required. UPDATED tardiness has returned to this pharmacy again. Prescription authorised on 13 January, no text message received to date despite our neighbour receiving their prescription in the time frame and that one was handed in at the same time as ours. Staffing levels do not correspond to customer need.

   Not happy. again we have a problem with no pharmacist on site at Gnosall. twice now in two weeks. This is a totally unacceptable situation. surely a company of their size should be able to get a person capable of doing the work to attend. my wife ordered her tablets well in advance but since now they require 4 days to process a prescription, when they took over it took 2 days to sort a prescription now they need 4, and still one cant get pills because a pharmacist fails to appear. we for 1 will be voting with our feet to a different company for our drug requirements.

   Never had an issue with adult medication at this store however, their internal systems and processes have left a 7week and later, a 13 week old baby without food. Once is a mistake but twice on consecutive orders is incredibly troubling. As a first time mother this has caused me incredible stress and upset.

   Overall, this pharmacy are good, they are doing the best that they are able to in the current situation. But, with any retail stores they are really discriminating the deaf and people with mobility problems. As a family member of mine is deaf she can only lip read, which is impossible when wearing a mask, and waiting online to go into the when she can’t stand for no longer than a few minutes
