   I had such a wonderful experience with Faye. From the very beginning, our communication was excellent. When I arrived, I was genuinely amazed to see that Faye had prepared several sample designs based on my ideas. It meant so much to me, and together we chose the one that felt perfect for me. Faye is incredibly friendly, calm, and professional. As this was my first tattoo, she reassured me throughout the entire process and made sure I felt relaxed and at peace the whole time. Her gentle approach made a huge difference. After the tattoo was finished, she carefully explained all the aftercare steps and answered my questions, which I really appreciated. I am absolutely in love with my tattoo and the whole experience. I would 100% recommend Faye and will definitely be returning to her for my next tattoo. Thank you so much!

   If you're thinking of getting something pierced or want a tattoo, go here. After getting three piercings done (as someone who's nervous), the service is lovely and welcoming before, during and after piercing. The prices are fair for what you get and they're always pierced in a sanitary environment. This place is just great.

   10/10 experience. Fae was an absolutely amazing tattoo artist. She was super professional but also gave of very calming vibes which were great for my nerves. She was super throughout with the stencil placement and very professional when it came to changing gloves when needed. She also offered me tea and water throughout the session which was really lovely. I dont live locally, but it is very much worth the travel and I would 100% recommend. Everyone is super helpful and kind and I've never had a bad experience.

   I sincerely wished that I'd had my first piercing with these guys. THEY ARE BRILLIANT! I've had the left side of my nose pierced twice prior to today and despite trying to look after it, the jewellery came loose and came out. Sadly due to the previous piecer in Plymouth giving me the wrong after care information, telling me to use a cotton bud and twist the jewellery in the piercing to clean it , I have a small keloid scar and that will take time to heal and return to normal skin colour. The lovely lady today went through all my previously instructed actions with me and pointed out the easiest way to let my new right side piercing heal without causing any scars or irritation. I don't need to twist the bar! Sadly I don't know her name, but she was friendly, polite, and immediately made me feel safe and comfortable. I will return in the event that I need to change my jewellery. If only all piercers knew their knowledge as well as this lady did, I would have no scar on my left side now. You live and learn! THANK YOU
