   I’ve been using Creature Comforts & Aquatic Centre for some time now and I can’t speak highly enough of how wonderful the staff are there. ALL OF THEM! This is my go to place for pet stuff ranging from fish tanks/accessories/actual fish , fish food, pond treatments/equipment, reptile accessories and food, hamster accessories and food, bird food….I literally go to these guys before anywhere else and if they don’t have it in, they sometimes can order it (especially if looking for certain size vivariums/terrariums/paludarium). Also very competitive pricing!!!!!

   We attended twice today for advice on getting help with an axolotl . And they were 10 times more helpful than other pet stores where we had reserved one already . Both guys were super helpful and we were able to bring a water sample in for us to bring one home which has made my nephew super happy as he’s wanted one for ages . Thank you to the 2 guys who were super helpful will highly recommended this pet store We also got a gold fish

   Absolutely great service from the manager today. Sorry I never got your name. My UV lamp was knackered after I managed to bugger mine up. He tested my old one to confirm I had killed it. He then got me a new one at a discounted price all while waiting to go on his holiday. Great service. Thank you very much.

   We come 25 miles to visit most weekends for fish/plants/live foods/advice/etc. Also for treats for birds. Lovely friendly staff who are passionate about what they do. Have not had a bad experience once. Healthy fish, great choice, fantastic plants that are thriving and advice has been spot on. So glad we made the effort over Christmas to find you!
