   We have had a occasional thunder type noise coming from our Ideal H15 Central heating boiler, which has been tricky to establish the cause. When one of S O'Brien engineers unfortunately didn't find the cause a second engineer was sent free of charge to further investigate, & a ignition module was fitted. The second engineer (Jack) came across as very knowledgeable & explained to me what checks he was completing. This company is the only one I've found that flushes the heat exchanger as part of the annual service, which is important for the Ideal H15 boiler. I intend to use this company for our annual services & any other repair work in the future.

   Great service all round, from the initial phone call to the office, to the engineer who visited. Adam was great, clearly explained what the issue was and what he would do to fix it! All got sorted in under an hour! Would high job recommend them if you have any issues with your boiler!

   Heard great things about this company so decided to ask them for a quote when my boiler packed up. Quote was provided immediately, giving me a choice of boilers and warranty length and felt they provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed choice which suited my needs. Within a week an engineer came out and fitted my new boiler and you could barely tell he'd been there after. No mess, no fuss, very professional. First class service, would definitely recommend!

   Heating system (boiler, piping, radiators) installed by Steve and Anthony. Very respectful and well mannered. Very hard workers. Really pleased with the work done. Attentive to detail and tidy. Punctual and thorough. Superbly pleased overall. Would highly recommend. Full heating system fitted in 3 days in a 100 year old house! 10/10

   Booked for a boiler service and got an appointment for the very next day… got a call just before 8am with a time off the engineer and he arrived bang on time.    Recently required my boiler to be serviced and British Gas arranged for someone to come over to make sure boiler was running efficiently. Manny was on time, polite and very knowledgeable, giving me some advice and tips on what I can do to maintain my boiler. Throughout Manny also respected my home. Highly recommend Manny for boiler service.

   Our boiler stopped working so had an engineer out to assess the problem, once they discovered what the fault was they explained our options we decided to replace the boiler for a new one. They booked the fitting very promptly for us and the engineer who came was very polite, friendly and made sure everything was cleared up after the repair. He talked us through how to use the new boiler and ensured we didn’t have any other questions or concerns before leaving. Would highly recommend S.O’Brien, from start to finish the communication has been great and we have felt very looked after. Thanks so much!
