I've dealt with Howarth three times in the last month or so and they've shown some of the best customer service I've seen in years. Even if you can get it cheaper elsewhere, I'd still recommend them.
Reasonably priced, fast efficient and friendly staff
Excellent customer service and super friendly staff. Spoke to Gary on the phone and Dave in the timber yard and both were mega polite and helpful. Great selection of timber too - the joist size I needed wasn't available at other local suppliers. Top notch- highly recommended.
Good place and staff are helpful. Better choice of stock than the Mansfield store, which didn't have what I wanted. Mansfield store is only 1 mile away from my home.

As a unskilled person going to order new stairs and other timber I couldn't have got any more help. Everything clear from parking to being shown the items I needed. Believe the member of staffs name is Chris, big thanks and hope the company looks after you and the rest of the workforce.
Always helpful and knowledgeable prepared to put themselves out to aid your mission. Oh and did I mention that they are also very competitive on price and quality. Example some of there 32mm thick decking is the same price as a certain sheds thinner and narrower decking.
