   I have never had such bad customer before. Swarovski jewellery isn’t exactly cheap so decent customer service is bare minimum they can provide. Bought a bracelet and I was served by Ann and she just treated me like an inconvenience, i requested an online price match which Nottingham store honours but she just treated me like crap because I asked. Save your money and go somewhere else.

   1 star and I never do bad reviews... Bought two necklaces online and one came in an ugly pink box. Went in to exchange it for a box a different colour as I want them to match and the pink is awful. 1. Women I saw wouldn't swap the box 2. Wouldn't let me buy another box 3. Was pretty blunt about the whole thing. I went to another jewelry store in Derbion to buy a necklace box. Explained my situation and they gave me one for free! Very poor customer service. Will not buy Swarovski again...

   So disappointed the first time I went in the lady was amazing got me to spend nearly £1000. Since then every time I’ve been in I have waited to be greeted even an hello can I help you as you expect but no. I do not appear to be a someone who spends a lot the staff go to every other customer but me. Today I really wanted some gold Jewell’s was looking for ten minutes in the empty shop and when someone who was dressed nicer came in they rushed to help. Disgraceful I will not be back!!

   My partner and I went to the derbion Swarovski branch. We both were disappointed with the service or lack of. We were not greeted with any smiles and the 3 women looked like they wished we didn't come there. We were so excited and happy before going as it was for a special occasion and realised we had to beg to see the jewellery. One woman looked at me and looked away when I asked to look at something. I said to my partner that I wanted to leave and we could spend our hard earned money elsewhere. We went to pandora instead who were extremely amazing. Will never go again.

   Visited for a browse. Have not been in for a while. Lovely jewelry for occasions but a little too glamorous for every day. Have quite a few pieces I wear for cruises and weddings. So no purchase made this time

   Brought two rings for my daughters 18th birthday, the ring had made my daughters finger turn green and plating of the ring is coming off also. Tried to take it back but they would accept it, my daughter was heartbroken as she loved the ring, customer service was awful! I would advise anyone not to go. Went to a jewellers after and they said they have had lots of complaint from Swarovski!

   We went to this shop today to exchange a faulty necklace. The lady who served us whom we understand is the senior person there, was so VERY helpful in every way. We would like to thank her again for her understanding and ensuring we were completely satisfied. Such a lovely lady and will certainly purchase jewellery from this store in the future.
