   I visited Goldsmiths on the 27/12/2025 and was greeted by a lovely employee called Adam, I asked about a particular watch I was interested in buying. Adam brought the watch to me and we talked about how it all works and told me everything I needed to know, he is very knowledgeable. The whole process is lovely and relaxed when buying a new watch from Goldsmiths. I’d like to thank Adam and the guys at goldsmiths for my new watch and I’m hoping to return in the future.    I was unsure where to take my omega watch for a full service so enquired at goldsmiths. To my delight they gave me reassurance that it would be sent direct to omega. I was given refreshments and the service was great. Originally I was told it would take four months to be returned which to be fair didn’t put me off, I just wanted it done properly. In the end it only took two and a half so that was good. My watch was returned to me fully sealed and protected and in an omega presentation box which was a great touch. My watch was highly polished to a brand new standard and is keeping perfect time.it wasn’t the cheapest but as I said I just wanted it done properly so it was definitely value for money.. I have another Omega about due for a service so I’ll be definitely taking it to goldsmiths for fantastic repeat service. Highly recommended

   I recently had my watch bracelet adjusted by Emily, and the service was exceptional. I was offered a drink while I waited. Emily was extremely polite and patient, adjusting the strap multiple times with careful handling. Despite not having purchased the watch in-store, I was treated like a valued customer. Thanks to Emily's outstanding customer service, I will definitely choose this store for any future watch repairs and purchases.

   At first, I couldn't trust them, so I went for window shopping. There was a guy who was very friendly and kind. I made a purchase despite being confused, thanks to the kind explanations he gave me about the rings. He was very patient with me. This was last year, around October or November 2024. After deciding to purchase my ring, a problem arose, the ring was supposed to be delivered on the day I would be in Africa, Zimbabwe, Masvingo, Bikita, for my wedding. So, I had to make the purchase remotely. But I kept thinking about that helpful guy. This year, 2025, I visited again, and he served me with a big smile. I bought a titanium ring, which took about 5 days to be delivered. It's top-notch, and my wife loved it. Keep up the good work. All your staff are lovely people.

   I visited the Derby store on Saturday to purchase a watch, although the value of the watch was only a few hundred pounds I felt that the service and attentiveness I received would be equal to a several thousand pounds purchase... I couldn't fault anything about my experience, and the gentleman who served me couldn't have been more helpful. After years of running my own business I fully understand the value of excellent customer service so based on this I would have no hesitation in recommending Goldsmiths.    Fantastic customer care from Layali, Stacey & Raj! No hard sell, just knowledgeable & interested in your requirements, even if you just want to look (and dream!) I was lucky enough to buy a beautiful Tag watch; with a large enough face that now I don’t have to put my glasses on every time I need to check the time! The interest free credit offered by Goldsmiths is also a plus point ! Highly recommend Goldsmiths in Derby!

   Laura and Stacey, were fantastic. Customer service was on point. Very friendly and also knowledgeable regarding products and what I needed as a customer. I had my rings that were important to me resized and it turned out to not be a simple job but they were super helpful in ensuring they were right. My birthday gift we also purchased from teh store was just what I wanted and they were great in helping me choose it too. Highly recommended, the service was brilliant...we will be back as customer sevice like that is hard to find. Thank you ladies!

   Managers attitude, disgraceful Customer service disgraceful This is the derby store. The most unhelpful and they also told me my watch needed a service, which has already been done and wanted to charge me, and they did it a few months ago!!!

   Bought a ladies watch in December 2020 the pin attaching the bracelet to the watch has come out twice. Been informed this is not covered by the guarantee. Very poor service considering the cost of the watch and it could have been lost
