A Serious Warning to Anyone Considering This Company I'm writing this review to warn anyone thinking about using this company (or any other names they trade under). Please think twice before allowing them into your home, especially if you have a young family, as I do. My boiler was making a loud vibrating noise and needed a service. I booked an engineer visit through these guys because foolishly didn’t read the 1-star reviews. The engineer arrived late (after I had to call and remind them of the appointment). After a very quick inspection (about 5–10 minutes), he diagnosed the issue as a faulty fan, something he claimed to have seen many times before. He said he couldn’t do the service until it was fixed. I was then given two options: Pay £575 for the repair. Pay a £75 call-out fee and send him on his way. I was told they don't accept card payments, only bank transfer. After some back-and-forth, the engineer lowered the price to £400, including the part, labour, a boiler service, and a 12-month warranty on the fan, but insisted on full payment upfront. I reluctantly transferred the money. He didn’t have the part on hand and said he’d return in five hours. He did return and began work. About 45–60 minutes later, the noise had stopped, and he claimed the job was done. However, I noticed a gas smell in the kitchen. I had to alert him; he hadn’t noticed it himself. His first reaction? Open a window. The smell got stronger, and only after I pressed him did, he inspect and admit he forgot to install a seal on the fan, allowing gas to escape. This is where I completely lost confidence in him. He said he had to leave to pray (it was Ramadan) and that his "more experienced boss" would return the next day to fix it. I was told to call when I was available the next day but got no response to multiple calls and messages. Worried about the serious safety risk and the fact that they had already taken my money, I visited the business address listed on Companies House that evening. I spoke to someone named Ali, who promised to visit the next day at 10:00 AM, and told me to switch off the boiler, which alarmed me further. I’m unsure if the first engineer had spoken with Ali, however shortly after I returned home, I received a voice note from the original engineer apologising for the lack of response due to prayers, and saying Ali could no longer come due to Eid celebrations. Eventually, both engineers turned up around midday the next day and spent three hours, including time spent going to fetch a ladder and trying to fix the issue. Even after this, I never received an invoice or receipt, despite requesting it over ten times. I was either ignored or given false promises. Fast-forward three months: The original fault returned. I contacted the company and was ignored or fobbed off again. My wife eventually got through on a different number, and we were told another call-out fee would be needed and unsurprisingly, they didn’t show up on the promised date. I finally got a second opinion from a qualified engineer who told me it was a common fault, easily resolved with a simple clean and service, costing less than £80. Final Thoughts: This company: Took my money before doing any real work. Initially failed to safely install a part, leading to gas escape. Ignored repeated follow-ups. Didn’t provide an invoice, despite many requests. Overcharged significantly. Seem incompetent at best, dishonest and dangerous at worst. For your safety and peace of mind, I would strongly advise against using this company. If you value the safety of your home and family, please stay away.

Had a boiler installed, it's been condemned by gas safe. Wouldn't recommend using. This company is also the same as Boiler Repair Experts LTD, 24hr emergency plumbing and possibly aa plumbing and heating services. This has now cost me £250 in leak repairs, £300 in safety repairs, a carpet and my kitchen ceiling. Ensure fitter's are not saqib or sharafat ali, appears as neither of them are gas safe registered (saqib was previously showing, now unable to locate his registration).

RIPPED OFF AND THREATENED! Had an emergency call out to a tenants when their boiler broke on a freezing Sunday. I was unable to attend, but he turned up on time and I was informed the PCB needed replacing. Paid £550 while he was still at the property but he left without testing the system and the tenants were left without heating. I took a half day off work and arranged to meet the following afternoon between 1-5. Couldn't get hold of him, but he eventually arrived back at 5.30 when I could no longer get there, and was then informed it was now the heat pump and would be another £450. Had no choice but to agree, attempted to pay but it bounced and I was told his account had been frozen and I should pay his private account. Concerned, I said I intended to pay but I wanted my regular plumber to test the system before paying a new account. He agreed to meet me and the regular plumber the following week to vouch for his work, but he failed to turn up and had taken the faulty heat pump despite being asked to leave it at the property. My plumber cleared the system and said all seemed fine (albeit overpriced and sounding dodgy), but recommended I wait a week or so to ensure all parts continued to work. During this time, I then received a phone call from an unknown number, who threatened me and said if I didn't pay within 24 hours I 'wouldn't like what would happen to the property'. For the sake of my tenants and peace of mind, I have paid, but I can't believe someone runs a business like this and I only hope this review prevents other people having to deal with a cowboy plumber. I've been a landlord for 10 years and have never experienced someone operating so unprofessionally and who resorts to threats for a payment that I believe I was well within my rights to dispute. I have reported the incident to the police and his business to trading standards. DO NOT USE!

Wow, what a bunch of cowboys these guys are. They ripped me off good and proper and i’m so mad at myself from not reading the reviews on here. In my desperation of being with heating in the freezing cold for 3 days i tried this company who quoted me £79 plus parts to repair my faulty boiler (this later turned into £145 when they arrived). A guy turned up and spent the whole time on the phone probably asking someone else to help diagnose the fault. After around 15 minutes i’m told the circulation fan needed replacing to the tune of £650! payment needed up front! and a 4 day wait!! As an ex maintenance engineer (although definitley not a boiler expert by all means) i knew this didnt sound right and held off for a second opinion. So glad i did as the next day i was able to get hold of a local engineer who replaced a solenoid and within 10 minutes boiler back up and working. These “tradesmen” should be absolutely ashamed of themselves and i will be going to trading standards. So well done guys you may have scammed me out of a callout fee but i hope this review will be seen by your next potential victims. Avoid at all costs!!!
