Went in to buy a watch for our son. The staff members were very helpful without being pushy and there was no pressure. There was a rangeof watches to suit different budgets.

I had my engagement ring repaired, fast service and much cheaper than other stores that I spoke to. I am very pleased with the repair.
Reason for only 4 stars was the service I received when leaving a watch. They kept the watch for 2 weeks and I had to ask for it to be returned as they could not service it.
I needed to have links removed from my ceramic watch. Not only were Denhams Jewellers one of the few that were willing and able to do that, they also had the best price. The service was excellent and I would not want to go to anyone else! Full marks.
This used to be a "stuffy/posh" jewelers that we rarely used. However, since being taken over by Francis & Gaye they are so much better. They helped resize my wife's rings, plus I've just bought a watch which they transferred from the Coventry store. Happy to now recommend it.
