My cats, now 16, have been patients of Hedge End Vets since they were kittens. They have always received excellent and appropriate care, mostly from senior vet Simon but by other vets and nurses too. Diagnosis is explained clearly and treatment discussed. I have absolute confidence in Hedge End Vets and happily recommend this practice.

Brilliant team, they've been there for us multiple times. When you connect with a vet team that you trust they're like gold... even though we're a fair distance away from them now, its still worth the extended trip to get great service of a team that cares for your loved one. 100% recommended.
We have our two dogs registered here and every time we've needed an appointment it's been the same day and the care has been first class from the lovely reception team through to the vets, they are always so welcoming and accommodating and really do make a daunting trip to the vets a much better.

I have been using Hedge End Vets for about 10 years. During that time I have given “end of life care” to three elderly cats, one at a time - have just adopted a fourth. The vets have been really supportive with this, kind, patient and always discussing all the options available. Particularly empathic when the I have had to say “goodbye” to the cats. Lovely, caring vets, vet nurses and receptionists. They have been excellent with accomodating my dog reactive dog, which I really appreciate as it could make vet visits very stressful! The vets are great with explaining treatment options, they give enough information and time for you to make an informed decision and I've never felt pressured into a particular course of treatment. Prices are a bit higher than the big chain vets, but are fair for the service you receive in my opinion.
