Booked tickets for Monday 25 September 2023 only to arrive to be advised event cancelled and now taking place Friday 29th, have emailed and tried to call to see if original tickets can be used for Friday but no response and never anyone available to answer the phone. Customers should be your priority with out us there is no events.
Avoid this place. It used to be really good club ,now better go anywhere else just not to fiction. The biggest problem is doorstaff-manager, rude, arrogant and disrespectful. This place doesn't deserve even for one star
No regard for customer safety. Doorstaff don't care if women are being harassed. They just try to throw them out for being "too drunk" If you want to be harassed by creepy men and spiked with needles, this is the place to be. If not, then avoid at all costs.
i’m so suprised this place hasn’t been shut down the whole place is disgusting the bouncers have no regard to young girls, i made a complaint about being attacked by a group of men while the bouncers stood and laughed i received nothing back from them. Old men circling round young girls touching them while the bouncers just allow this to happen and ends in girls being spiked, wouldn’t surprise me if they were all involved in it. Nevermind the fact the bouncers we’re trying sell my friends coke.
Awful nightclub. I was spiked in June with a needle in my thigh. Older men acting dodgy and circling me and my friends. Completely unsafe and when I went to the police they found that the cctv doesn’t even work. Actually disgusting that they keep getting away with this. I went to a member of staff and he didn’t even help me. Disgusting don’t visit here.
Place needs to be shut down. Young girls being spiked constantly, staff don’t care at all, no regard for safety. Letting middle aged men waltz round the place with needles is despicable. Completely unsafe environment. The horror stories i’ve heard of this place warrant it being shut down permanently but by some sort of miracle it’s still bloody open. Disgusting.
Vile behaviour of staff, messing us about and causing harm. My friend had her ID stolen and the girl that stole it (who was from her college) tried to use it to get in and they confiscated it, as they should’ve, but then refused to give it back to my friend when we’d had messages saying they had confiscated it. At first one of the men radioed in and said it wasn’t there. Then a female came and spoke to us and said she’d go check herself but the male staff said not to as he’d “already dealt with us”. We hung about waiting to talk to someone else or for them to check again. The man was incredibly rude passing us off as just girls on a night out chasing stories. They then said after close, after we’d waited an hour, that the ID was there and the manager wasn’t in so they couldn’t get in the office (this was at close time a few nights after). They said to come back the next day with documents proving her ID and when it opened. We went the next day and stood messaging fiction on messenger and calling them, knocking on the doors, ringing the bell. Nothing. Came back a second time and a handyman was there and told us to go round to the other side so we did. Spoke to security and they said that her ID wasn’t in the office, then that they’d check, they told us to come back another day when the manager was in. THEN we spoke to another male staff, the same from the night before, who then told my friend that her ID had been sent to police but they couldn’t tell us which police, and started lying to us about the age of the girl who had tried to use it. They had a go at my friend and then sent us away. We called the police and they said they didn’t have it. My friend had to pay for a new ID all due to no fault of their own and fiction constantly messing us about and to this day they probably still have it. Shocked and disappointed as the rekom group have always been my favourite nightclubs to go to. Was handled ridiculously with no care towards my friend whatsoever, nor empathy and understanding. She could not go to her job interview as no ID and couldn’t go out for 3-4 weeks to family, work and birthday events
WORST club I've ever been to. Got robbed and touched up by some guys. My boyfriend grabbed the guys to stop them and the guards kicked me and my boyfriend out. I had no help with the guys who had assaulted me. The guards hung up on the police when they talked to them on my boyfriend's phone. They did not help me with my phone being robbed. My two friends who came were followed by boys and were hounded in the bathroom. Guards didn't even notice a group of boys hounding the girl's bathroom. Definitely WOULD NOT recommend. HORRIBLE CLUB.
