Would be a lovely place if the people that worked here actually put in the effort. False advertisement. Says it’s open till 5pm online but can’t order any food after 2pm? When questioned about it the “boss” just brushes it off by saying it’s “changing” but no one that lives there even knows this? He seems to not care at all about his customers. This place used to be nice but it has just got worse and worse. Something needs to change, this is where people live and they can’t even order a decent meal after 2pm. Terrible!

This place is an absolute joke! The kitchen manager has no idea what he's doing and lying to residents about when they can eat - 1:45pm today we were refused lunch saying they stopped at 2 and only do light bites after but they wouldn't even do that and said sandwiches only! Bear in mind this restaurant is for the elderly that need a nice hot meal - what place stops serving hot food at 1:45 even though all menus were still on table - manager didn't care

This place has never progressed in the 60yrs its been open, it is kept open by being subsidised bt the council for the benefit of disabled and poorly people.

Cafe and bar open to the public. Parking free for 20 mins or minimum £1 for 1hr. Clean and pleasant, airy atmosphere and very good value - just beware of menu restrictions, which aren't detailed on the menu or signposted anywhere. Breakfast / Brunch only served until 12 and they do a selection of Light Bites and Lunches, but only serve Soups and (Meat) Roasts on Sundays. Bread automatically coated in butter or margarine, so remember to ask if you don't want it. Signs also indicate that their cooking methods might be unsuitable for severe allergy sufferers due to mixed use of equipment. Otherwise very good and would recommend. Also, forgot to mention, it is highly accessible for wheelchair or mobility vehicle users, due to it being located in Priory View. There are also a number of disabled loos
