The perfect cheese omelette and chips - and I've had a few. Cooked to perfection. None of the greasy after taste you sometimes have. An atmospheric cafe too with music from the church.
Went in for a Cup of tea early 9 am Sunday morning. We ended up having the breakfast Bab which was delicious, nicely cooked and presented. The inside, part of the Church was fantastic and had so many interesting things to view. Some re the building and other pictures as part of a collection which could be purchased. They offer a lunch menu and have a wide selection of home made cakes. ( Victoria Sponge, lemon drizzle cake, etc) The service was excellent too and friendly. Would definitely recommend this lovely place. Don't miss going in the Church too.
We were in Northampton for a beer festival. Great Saturday at the festival but we found this lovely little spot walking around town Sunday morning. Had two Big Breakfast baps and hot drinks. Food, setting and service were perfect. Will be visiting again when we’re back in Northampton.
I ordered a large latte for £3.25, it was super creamy but not very strong. Additionally, they gave a complimentary biscuit which was nice. The quiche was very good. The staff were all very kind and accommodating to allergies. There are only around 3-4 tables inside the cafe, the majority are situated outside but are sheltered from the rain.
Great ambience, good food and drinks, and fast service from polite and helpful staff. The Bistro is housed in one corner of the historic Church building snd that makes it more interesting. The tables are cleared fast the place is very clean.
