   Wouldn’t even give it 1 star. Had my engagement party last night (30th) and can I just say it wasn’t enjoyable. The owners made out like they were so nice and understanding of what we wanted, yet this wasn’t the case. Rude, arrogant, horrible people. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left all’s they did was moan and complain. Prioritising “members”, allowing their kids to come into our party, and my partner was having a discussion with one of their member and apparently they are allowed to go wherever they want! Don’t bother wasting your money on this place.

   Terrible behaviour from staff rude and disrespectful and dishonest I woudlt book a room with these rude people if I was you I would go elsewhere where when you book a function room , do you self a favour and go elsewhere where

   Shocking behavior from staff my brother in law booked a room for a party they owner didn’t pay the deposit back saying food on floor even though we tidied up plus said toilet seat was broken which was like that before we came. then a gentleman in is 60s fell in the room bashed his head open on a table we asked for a ambulance they said they rang one but never did the older lyer behind the bar said to the women let’s take him outside and leave him there whilst we lock up we said no you won’t it’s freezing cold raining they were not bothered about this guys head poring of blood we had to call a ambulance ourselves then the guy behind the bar said get him out as it take 12 hours for a ambulance come which they were there within 5 minutes poor customer service rude horrible people don’t deserve customers plus the rooms you hire out are old fashioned and disgusting I would use this place ever again worse place I have ever been for a party rude arrogant every one at the party commented on they owners and staff’s disgusting attitude all night

   Went to a birthday party on Saturday, was absolutely faultless. Lad and woman behind the bar were really friendly. Quick at serving us and made us feel really welcome. The room is quite large, about 20 tables. They've got a large kitchen for the buffet to go, prices very reasonable. Vodka and coke just £2 so I was happy with that. Great night would book again. Will ask about being a member as they have snooker and darts in the members bit. Keep up the great work.

   Had a really good party here in November. Bar staff were quick to serve us and really nice. Young lad and a lady were really good. We dropped a glass by mistake and the older lady came straight out with a brush and pan and helped us clean it up. The kitchen is quite big which the caterers were quite happy about, loads of cupboards and a large fridge, they let us put the food there earlier in the day. I would definitely book again with the family.

   Dave Dee Discos worked at Bucknall Bowling and Recreation Club recently. Great access, massive car park, Drinks were sensibly priced. Stage a little on the small side but still get's 5 stars from us
