I cannot recommend Becs and Lou enough as they go above and beyond to help me, even as far as putting down salt on my drive during the bad weather recently and delivering a parcel DPD left which wasn't for me!!!
My two lively Border Terriers have lovely varied walks each weekday and on occasion a weekend and like to bark a noisy greeting when they hear their vans arriving. They love them.

I cannot speak highly enough of Lou. The difference she has made to the quality of my border terrier Nelly's life is astonishing. Nelly had been on a break from walking for months due to her anxieties and behaviour issues when I first contacted Lou following a recommendation from a friend whose dog Lou also walks. Initially Lou just visited Nelly at home a few days a week while I was working, spending time getting to know her, playing games and building trust. Lou filled in a diary letting me know how Nelly was doing and was so positive and encouraging. Eventually Lou started taking Nelly for short walks on her own and now I am delighted to say that Lou walks Nelly with other dogs 4 days a week. At every stage, Lou showed such patience and kindness, never pushing Nelly beyond what she could cope with and also checking with me whenever she wanted to try something new. Lou also accompanied me on a walk with Nelly to give me some guidance on changes I could make as Nelly has always been more problematic for me. This was really helpful. The difference in Nelly's confidence and behaviour now, compared to when we first met Lou is honestly more than I had hoped for. Not only can I now go to work knowing Nelly will have fun and be brilliantly cared for, but I now enjoy taking my dog out again which hadn't been the case for a long time. I even get sent the odd photo or video which makes my day!
Suffice to say Lou is simply the best thing thats happened to me and Nelly and we are very grateful!

Lou has walked Hugo for almost three years. Hugo loves Lou, she is so kind and loving to Hugo and always puts the safety, health and well-being of the dogs first. Lou is always flexible and accommodating and it is absolutely invaluable to have someone we can truly rely on and trust with Hugo. Becs occasionally also kindly walks Hugo if Lou is on holiday, again Hugo loves Becs and is always very happy and excited to see her. We would highly recommend Four Paws Trek and Train.
