Bentley's is brilliant! Excellent customer service (for humans and dogs alike). Otto comes back looking and smelling fabulous. Everyone who works there is incredibly polite and friendly; they are always very welcoming and clearly care for the dogs.
I found Bentley's on Google and called for an initial one-off appointment as my usual independent groomer is on maternity leave. Bentley's were friendly, welcoming and professional, were able to fit us in swiftly and thankfully Freddie is back to looking his best after my feeble amateur attempts left him looking like a tramp. I can certainly recommend them.
We had our first visit to Bentley's and they were absolutely amazing with my dog who is very nervous. Even after only one visit we would highly recommend Bentley's they are very professional and extremely friendly and obviously know how to.handle dogs well and with care. Complete trust in these lovely people. First time for me and my dog, ivy. She absolutely loved the whole process. She was bathed, nail trimming and complete hair cut. She looks absolutely gorgeous. I got some good advice as well and I think the cost was excellent. We will be back. Peace of mind attained.
Took our puppy for a introduction... she had a bath clipped nails a good brush and tidy round her eyes she looked and smelt great... Bentleys had been highly recommended to us so we knew we would be pleased with the result.
This is our second time for a puppy pamper at Bentleys and Lottie looks and smells amazing! Absolutely first class service, Lottie loves going here and with her separation anxiety being a toy breed she is really put at ease. Cannot recommend enough.
