   We used the amazing ladies at Spring Groomer’s for a year while we lived in the area. They were fantastic with our very nervous rescue dog only ever going at his pace and doing as much as he could tolerate. Within a couple of visits they had worked out how to actually get everything done with minimal stress and anxiety for him. I cannot praise and thank them enough! Highly recommended!

   This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star but unfortunately cannot go any lower. Rudest person I have ever come across. I messaged her a polite text to book in my puppy for a full grooming service in which I received a response not even starting with a hello back. Blunt and not friendly or welcoming at all which the website falsely advertises. I don’t know how she has customers after the way I got spoken to this morning. When I replied confronting her rudeness she decided to explain that she is ‘asking because it’s a puppy and making sure of what type of groom I want and that her answers might come across blunt’. Even though I had already explained what groom I was after in the first text. I will never ever be recommending this place to anyone and I am so shocked at her vile manner. I’m glad I never booked in with her. I’d love to know her age and whether she’d appreciate being spoken to how I did this morning.
