Lisa is amazing and professional. Max always looks lovely and is very chilled out after his grooming session.
We had an appointment booked for our dog to be groomed before Christmas, we arrived at the grooming salon and no one was there, we had planned our day around the appointment , we called and no reply, the groomer then turned up and just said and said “oh yeah, my dryer has broken and I forgot to inform you, I won’t be able to groom him today and won’t be able to fit him in till after Christmas.” We were quite surprised and disappointed at the poor service and lack of remorse for messing us about. I would have expected after she’d messed us around she would have tried to fit our dog in asap for an appointment, or at least have made an effort to message us beforehand so we didn’t have a wasted trip and day. Poor customer service
I have nothing but praise for Lisa...she is a caring person who my dog loves....wouldnt go to anyone else....very highly reccomended by Lucky the black lab too
I took my cat to Doggilocks as her nails needed clipping and unfortunately her usual vets were only currently accepting emergency appointments. I’ve never used a dog grooming company before and I was really pleased with Doggilocks, Lisa did a fantastic jobs with trimming her nails and I’ve never seen my cat so calm when it was finished. I will definitely be using Doggilocks from now on and highly recommend for any cat owners :)
