   I had the 2nd attempt at removing my contraceptive implant carried out here by recommendation (1st attempt not done here.) The amazing team at iCash MK performed ultrasound to locate it, then managed to remove it in under 2 minutes finishing with steristrips, a plaster and a bandage. Atmosphere is welcoming, clean and judgement free, paid parking directly outside.

   I had an exceptional experience with Dr Jenkins and nurse Mo. They were both so calming and kind and made the process less daunting. The clinic itself is very professional. I had my doubts and put it off for a while because of the negative reviews but then looked at when the majority were posted (between 3-5 years ago) and the more recent reviews were mostly positive. I highly recommend the clinic, I called to do my research at least 3 times before my actual appointment and each time I was spoken to with respect and kindness. All the receptionists were kind, even on the day, just willing to help. Dr Jenkins also answered my questions before the procedure and was patient with me. I never once felt rushed with Icash Milton Keynes. The clinic is very clean and calm space. Please don't let the negative reviews put you off, valid as everyone's experience is, do your own research and if it helps, pray on it. I did and it helped to clarify what's best for me. Also, you just won't know unless you try. So contact them first, let them know your concerns. Make an appointment, get a feel and you should be just fine. A lot of what I was told was that side effects are case by case and so it's hard for them to give a clearer answer in terms of advantages and disadvantages beyond what's on their website and other health sites. But, they can tailor their advice to your personal medical history. I did this over the phone, and in person and in the end, I had to put my faith in God, myself and trust the professionals. Keep a positive mindset, don't let anxiety be the reason you don't try. Been there and it's not done me any favours. I hope this helps. Goodluck!

   It’s a very decent sexual health clinic, they have water dispenser available for patients and music playing whilst you wait, otherwise leaflets to read. I found it very clean, excellent attention from the nurses and the lady doctor, they’re all so lovely and respectful. Thanks for everything! L.LG

   Everytime I've tried to call I'm always sat waiting for more than half an hour on a call before they answer, doesn't matter what time off day I call. When they do answer they are so helpful

   Ella is amazing - the most helpful advice and care I’ve ever had for contraceptive care. Service is often busy as other reviews have mentioned but in the years I’ve been speaking with them they’ve never done anything other than their best to make sure they could get me sorted. Much faster and more thorough than my GP and much more caring

   Staff today were so friendly, caring and helpful. I had a coil implanted today and felt faint after but staff took extra time to make sure I was okay before letting me go. There were reassuring the whole time and very supportive. Thank you to all staff I saw today. The only negative was initially trying to call to get an appointment as it took me quite a few tries to get through to speak to someone.

   I have been on the sayanna press from when icash was Brook for 4 years, I have been trying to get through to you for the past few weeks to get more as I have ran out. My injection is now overdue as I have not been able to speak to anybody due to being on hold for up to an hour and when the dial tone starts no one answers the phone and I get put back on hold so I have to give up.

   Had an implant fitted today with Dr Chakrabarti and Nurse Karen, both were lovely and made sure I was well informed of the procedure and that any questions I had were answered. I went on a Friday afternoon and it was very quiet, I was seen straight away. Reception staff were welcoming. When I initially called up to make this appt my call was answered shortly and then I was asked a series of questions before being booked in for the following week. All round a very quick and positive service.
