   Absolutely brilliant. Great service when I booked the taxi over the phone. Taxi very punctual. Taxi driver helped me to the taxi as disabled. Taxi driver took my baggage and put in the boot. Taxi absolutely spotless inside. Lady driver very friendly. I would certainly highly recommend using them again.

   Booked well over 12 and also 6 hours in advance usually. Twice now the taxi has not shown for 40 minutes. No call or text to let you know its going to be delayed, absolute joke. The last time I ordered one was to go on holiday and I ended up having to drive to the airport and keep my car in the long stay car park which was £75, not a great start to the holiday, especially the stress of waiting an extra 30 mins and still nothing showing up. I've used this company for three years and I'm appalled at the customer service, I've since switched to rainbow taxis and provided you book in enough time the experience is flawless

   Absolutely shocking service from ComCabs. Booked a taxi in the morning for 7pm and waited until 7:20pm to get a notification that it had been cancelled. Apparently we weren’t available. Even though we were in the front room waiting for the taxi. Called com cabs to find out what was happening and nothing the advisor could do apparently as the driver was on another job now. Luckily we got a taxi with another company, will not be using com cabs in future.

   Consistently horrible to use. if you call for help because a scheduled taxi just never arrives (or even gets a driver assigned) or because you were told to expect a 10-15 minute wait and over 45 minutes have passed, the help line are completely useless and unapologetic. It’s also normal for drivers to pick up your ride, for you to be notified that you’re a few minutes out, wait that time or even head out to meet the car, only to keep waiting, have that driver cancel your pick up, be forced to wait for assignment of another driver, and rinse and repeat the same scenario until you either get fed up enough to cancel or get randomly lucky. you better hope you’re never disabled and reliant on taxi services in aberdeen. You’ll be completely out of luck.

   Driver came early which wasn’t a problem. He was happy to wait a few minutes for my wife. Smooth, safe drive. No complaints at all and very happy to leave our Polish driver a small tip.
