Bob picked us up in his minibus from meldrum house hotel, soon as he parked he was friendly and accomodating, the bus was spotless and he was very fair with the fare. He even went out of his way to give us directions to the train station, very kind gentleman would highly recommend using Elmbank taxis if you're in the Inverurie area!

Booked a taxi a week and a half in advance, taxi came a week early, but then confirmed we were in the diary for the correct date. Guess what, they never turned up. When I called, I was met with,"oh yeah there's been a mess up" but no alternative offered. A big night out ruined by their mess up with no apology or alternative. Never using them again with that customer service.
