Made to feel welcome and can honestly say that i learnt a lot about myself and my thoughts in a short space of time, Louise is very good at what she does and certainly unlocked a better way of thinking for me, i was able to slow down my thoughts and focus more which has helped me deal with the things i found challenging daily. Still a lot of work to do but without Louises help i would still be stuck. Thankyou!

I cannot recommend Louise highly enough. Working with her has completely changed my life for the better. Before starting therapy, I was heavily reliant on my family for support, but Louise has helped me find independence, which has brought me a new sense of freedom and empowerment. Her sessions have strengthened me mentally, emotionally, and even physically—I feel like a more resilient and balanced version of myself. One of the most practical but life-changing aspects of our work together was tackling my finances. Budgeting has always been a struggle for me, but with Louise’s guidance, I’ve been able to get my finances in order, giving me peace of mind I never thought possible. Louise’s impact hasn’t just stopped with me. She has also worked with two of my family members, and they have experienced equally transformative results. It’s clear that Louise has a unique ability to connect with people and guide them toward real, lasting change. Although I’ve already made incredible progress, I continue to have weekly sessions with Louise. These sessions not only help me stay on track but also allow me to discover new ways to keep improving and moving forward. Louise is always finding inventive ways to help me take things to the next level, and her ability to maintain momentum in my personal growth has been invaluable. Most importantly, I now truly believe in myself. Louise has helped me develop confidence, self-worth, and a belief that I can handle life’s challenges. Her professionalism, compassion, and expertise are second to none. If you’re looking for a therapist who can make a profound difference, I wholeheartedly recommend Louise.

Louise has been amazing and someone I'll continue to come back to when my brain/life needs an MOT. A comfortable, welcoming space to simply talk things through without fear of judgement or misinterpretation. To anyone who wonders whether therapy would work for them, please give Louise your time, she's worth every penny x

I had gone to Louise after losing a lot of weight after dealing with eating issues. I had previously had one session with another therapist beforehand but it wasn’t right for me as I didn’t feel comfortable. Whereas, with Louise she’s the most genuine and easiest person to talk to who I can trust with anything. Her practise had taught me about self love and how to take care of myself. I was also introduced to meditations, gratitude lists and affirmations. Through this practise I had not only gained back my weight but I have overcome fears of foods that I avoided and am intuitive with my exercise and through taking care of my body I had gained back my period and my personality that began to fade and have more confidence in myself now than I did at my smallest. Because my smallest doesn’t mean my healthiest and I can now go out for meals with family and friends and be present in the moment rather than worrying about what I’m eating or gaining weight. So I would definitely recommend Louise as I wouldn’t be at the place I am now without her.

I saw Louise for therapy after a traumatic experience which left me suffering with PTSD. Through CBT and additional supporting tools I have now gained the skills and confidence to work through it and not allow it to consume me. Louise is a consummate professional, it's very obvious she is passionate about her work. Warm, excellent sense of humour (it really helps) very easy to talk to, I always left our sessions feeling 'lifted'. I look at things so differently now, my focus is on the joy in my life, not something I could claim prior to meeting Louise.

Like some of the other reviews say.. if you’re thinking about doing this then you should definitely take the leap! You will have no regrets. Louise is professional and puts you completely at ease. Her home is a calm and safe space where you don’t feel judged. She is so lovely and I’m so glad I went with Louise. I started to feel better after just a few visits. She really gives you the tools and confidence to go back into the world being and loving your true self.

I have spent the best part of a year following the guidance and counsel of Louise and can safely say she has brought light to my once dark world. She is the most genuine and considerate person, it doesn’t feel as though I’m visiting a therapist, I am visiting a friend. I was definitely someone who felt strong enough to tackle my demons alone however after seeing Louise I have reached my best a lot sooner in many areas. Not just my mental health but my physical wellbeing as well. During my time with Louise I have experienced so much growth in my personal and professional life when practicing her advice, giving me confidence to push beyond what I felt was unachievable. Thank you Louise, I look forward to our future sessions.
