We had a fantastic visit to the Buxton store today, super friendly and personable staff were very helpful and we came out with a couple of bags of goodies.

Popped in today in Buxton to get some boots. With a Craghoppers and Regatta store within sight I thought the competition would make the staff rather pushy. They're not. Craig was brilliant. Friendly, chatty and with 11 years experienced certainly knew his stuff. The staff waxed lyrical about the new till system and unusually the company owner who they say visits regularly! Walked out with a new pair if boots and socks on with Blue Light discount too. Well done guys, a happy customer!

The usual mountain warehouse offerings, good prices, not always fantastic quality but cheap and warm and waterproof. Does the job!
Great love this shop quality items mostly half price i had a complete outfit leggins top coat too but from a different outdoors there really soft materials and comfortable..warm too.Staff really nice altogether I like outdoors..
Great advice from the staff. We had forgotten our pram cover and the very helpful shop assistant found us a multi use poncho which was reasonably priced and did the job excellently!
Had a really good customer experience when shopping at the Buxton store today. Lucy who was serving us was very knowledgeable and kind. She went out of her way to help us find what we needed and we even got an unexpected discount as I work for the NHS. She is an asset to her employer
