   This Evri parcel shop is in a convenient location in the centre of Aberdeen. More importantly, it is well run and the chap who took our return was friendly and helpful. It has a proper return label printer which he operated for me. We’ve tried Evri returns in other places with various problems so this will be our go to from now on. Highly recommended.

   Poor experience here. The shopkeeper was on the phone the whole time and there was a man in the shop who was being annoying but ended up being screamed and cursed at all the while I was blocked from exiting…. Would stay away from here is sending a parcel.

   If it were possible to rate without giving any stars, I would do just that. The salesperson working in this store turned out to be extremely unprofessional and rude. He doesn’t know how to communicate, hold a conversation, or serve customers. I don’t understand why such a person works in customer service if he can’t even find items that are in the store. His manner of communication was harsh and unpleasant. I waited patiently while he was supposed to find my parcel, but instead, he started serving other customers and eventually claimed that my parcel wasn’t there. However, both his device and my phone confirmed that the parcel was in the store. He simply refused to look for it and told me to contact the delivery company instead.

   In store printing for evri. Plus like a million different crystal bar vape flavours that you can't get anywhere else- super expensive though!
