   I began my journey with Milena in June 2025 following a Trimalleolar fracture This has been the worst time of my life but under Milena’s guidance after a period of non weight bearing I began to walk which is not as easy as you’d think ! Milena has been very patient and with her knowledge and understanding I am now making significant progress Every consultation Milena has explained the steps of the rehabilitation process and has supported and encouraged me to succeed which has definitely boosted my confidence- thank you !

   Brilliant experience with Milena's physio expertise. I felt very safe with her guidance showing and demonstrating how to carry out my physio exercises. And also introduced a couple of others that I didn't have on my sheet from hospital. I'm Experiencing a very painful problem called Trochanteric Bursitis. (Preventing me walking much)On my outer hips. Need my "glutes" and "abs" and other muscles strengthening to take the strain that's on my Bursa away. It's the fluid sac (the Bursa) that protects the outer hips bone that is very inflamed Friendly easy to talk to . Very experienced . I shall ask Milena to visit me again in a couple weeks.

   I went to see Milena for some women's health and core strengthening physiotherapy. From start to finish the process was easy and enjoyable. On arrival the property was easy to find as Milena waits outside with a lovely warm greeting. Immediately you are made to feel extremely comfortable and realise how knowledgeable Milena is in this field! The consultation on my first appointment was very thorough and I really felt Milena listened to everything. I felt very safe and cared for during each visit too. After being shown exercises to do in detail I felt confident to then go home and redo them. Each session is also followed up by an email the same day detailing the exercises which is great to refer back to. I am very grateful to Milena for helping me get back to full health and would thoroughly recommend her business to anyone. I will miss attending my appointments. Thank you Milena!
