   Returned here today with my wife to return a £60.00 pair of trousers she bought last week, as they did not fit. Unused (obviously as they were way too big), and tags remained on intact. Only to be told by the staff that she had worn them as they had signs of wear, and the tags were bent, so they claimed she had tucked the tags inside the pocket, whilst ‘wearing’ them. Absolutely NONE of these claims were true, I can assure you. The tags simply got bent in the bag sitting around for a week (still perfectly intact). We asked if the marks could be from previous people who’ve tried them on, as we could assure them they hadn’t been worn, BEING WAY TOO BIG. They blatantly stated she had worn them and refused a refund with no further help. This afternoon we went to the Burton store - which is extremely far for us to travel, and very annoying we had to do this! Thankfully they accepted the return and apologised for our experience at the Stafford store, and suggested they may not have been checked properly when put back on the shelf! We have made many purchases from this Stafford store and never had an issue, however we certainly won’t be returning again. Good job and no wonder it’s closing down! Disgusting claims from staff making out my wife to be a liar - shame on you.

   Staff friendly. Good prices on sale racks. It was difficult to get in and out with my mobility scooter due to narrow doors. I couldn't open the second door due to my disability so it took me quite some time to manoeuvre out of the door.

   Superb service today from 'V' and her young assistant.Very helpful and excellent value in their Sale. Changing rooms no chair and limited facilities to hang anything but good value so not really a problem.

   Obviously the products are 100% good quality and in all honesty I love shopping here because I love trespass products. However there is one very rude member of staff that works here. I don’t know his name but once I took in a jacket that did not fit well. I wanted a refund or return. Somehow the security tag was still on it when I walked in and asked for a refund. So this member of staff asked me for a receipt and what I thought was the correct one wan not. I accidentally picked the wrong receipt up. When I showed him the receipt he said ‘I can’t refund it and won’t even if you bring the receipt.’ I asked why he said because ‘how do I not know you just took it out the shop and stole it’ This upset me but I just carried on.
