We had a genuinely excellent experience with Strides ARC. Sam and his team were professional, friendly and completely transparent from start to finish. They were incredibly patient with us too — they didn’t hesitate to provide a second quote when other places insisted our van door needed replacing, and they took the time to answer our novice questions without making us feel rushed. The repair itself was spot on. They removed the dent beautifully, and they kept us proactively updated while the van was in with them. When the job ran slightly longer than expected, they even offered us a hire car that was already insured and ready to go. We didn’t need it, but it was a thoughtful touch that really showed how much they care. Highly recommended for quality workmanship and genuinely good service.

Just collected my Skoda from them after 3 days work. I had a slight incident with a brick gatepost but Sam and the lads in the body shop worked their magic and if looks as new as when it was new (December 2024). A superb job, pun intended, and can thoroughly recommend Strides for a first class jib.
Picked up my car today having been repaired to perfection. Not only but also my car was cleaned and polished, inside and out. Smells so lovely, it’s a shame to have to put my dogs in to go for walks! Bullies, rip off merchants with no ethical standards and heartless. Despite me returning within the required 30 days to tell them the wheel locking nuts they sold me don't actually get the wheels off my car, they refused to refund me. Instead they insisted on 'showing me' how the locking nuts are removed and sent me packing. Two independent garages flat out said the product they sold me isn't the correct one. I go back again and I'm told because it's now over 30 days they will 'think about it'. I go back today and despite me being calm and explaining that I will stay until I get a refund they threaten me with the Police. If you are a woman I would stay well clear of them. In my 56 years on the planet I have never been treated this way by a garage. Bullies.

First Class paint job on my scirocco after it was involved in a accident earlier in the year. Once the approval was generated by the insurance company it was a very speedy service and was completed sooner than expected. Very helpful and always kept me posted along the way. Will definitely be using these guys in the future.
