Doug is a lovely man and really knows his stuff. He really helped me with my issues and I would definitely recommend Doug to anyone seeking help. I felt very comfortable from the start of my therapy Doug is a credit to his profession.
I really felt at ease and enabled during my sessions with Doug. He was able to meet me at a place where I felt empowered to be vulnerable and by asking the right questions and using the right prompting, mindful always of my journey and insecurities, we were able to let my true self come forth and tell my story as it is. The sessions I had with Doug have already yielded some pivotal results and I feel like I am a lot more equipped to tackle the challenges I'd historically struggled with. Doug was kind, empthatic and always poised with intention, to listen in and give valuable insight and perspective.
